Inside the Colony House
An elegant, private facility conveniently located in downtown Chehalis.

Full service off-premise catering serving Western Washington and Oregon locations
- Limitations:
- Buffets and barbeques for 20 to 1000 people
- Full service sit-down meals for 20 to 300 people
- Provided:
- Paper plates, silverware, and napkins for large groups
- China service-ware with gold trim (up to 100)
- Linen tablecloths and napkins
- All serving utensils and trays
- Equipment:
- Chafing dishes
- Salad bar
- Electric and propane steam tables
- 8ft."Texas" BBQ
Equipment rentals
- Tables - $8.00 per 6 ft. table; $10.00 per round 60” table (+ delivery fee)
- Chairs - $1.50 each (+ delivery fee)
- Place setting of salad fork, dinner fork,
knife, spoon and real linen napkin - $1.50 per person
- Dinner plate - $0.50 per person, Glasses - $0.50 per person
- Linen table cloths - $6.00 each
- Punch Fountain - $50.00 per rental
- Check for any other specific rental, including chafing dishes (chafers)
- Other equipment available for rental, check with Colony House for specific requests
If the final bill is more than 10% decrease from initial estimates, a surcharge may apply. Call for details.
Discounts and Specials:
- Discount on the chocolate fountain if other catering services are purchased
- Discount on tuxedos (Groom's Tux free with 6 others)
- No delivery fee for large groups
