Basic Banquet Menu

All Dinners include:
Butter flake Rolls, Vegetables, Dessert, Coffee & Punch and Salad bar on-site available.  Select assorted salads and coffee & punch available for additional charge off-site. Dinner salad served with sit-down meals or salad bar with buffet style dinners.

  • Apricot Chicken with Rice Pilaf - $15.95
  • Ham with Rice or Mashed Potatoes - $15.95
  • Roast Beef or Pork Chops with Rice or Mashed Potatoes - $15.95
  • Cornish Game with Dressing - $17.95
  • King Salmon with Baked Potatoes or Rice - $18.95
  • Prime Rib with Baked Potatoes -$18.95

Add up to three Hot and Cold Hors D'oeuvre items to any menu for just $2.95

Sample menus: Choose 2 meat entrees for $17.95 or all 3 for $19.45

New Orleans Menu
Meat Entrees (choose 2 or 3)
  • Seafood Gumbo
  • Pane'ed Pork chops
  • Chicken breast fillets
    (with Jezebel "Dipping Sauce)

Menu Includes:

  • Dirty Rice
    (white rice with celery, onions, bell peppers)
  • Caesar Salad (Locals call It Wop Salad)
  • French bread or butter flake rolls
  • Pecan pie or chocolate decadence cake

Bayou Menu


Meat Entrees (choose 2 or 3)

  • Chicken and Sausage Gumbo (gravy base)
  • Cat Fish or Trout
    (pan-fried or baked)
  • BBQ Pork ribs
    (sweet sauce not spicy)

Menu Includes:

  • Rice Pilaf or Dirty Rice
  • Southern Country Beans
  • Coleslaw
  • Corn bread
  • Peach and/or cherry cobbler


Hawaiian Luau Menu - $17.95

Remember we make everything ourselves, our own sauces, etc. Items in parenthesis are alternate suggestions. If you see other items that you like or have other items in mind, please just let us know.

Main Dishes:

  • Apricot Chicken with pineapple sauce   (or Teriyaki Chicken)
  • Kalua pua'a - BBQ Pork Butt Roast   (or BBQ Pork ribs)
  • Mahi Mahi (fish)  with lemon sauce  (or Baked Salmon)
  • Stir fry vegetables (or Sweet baby corn)
  • Rice Pilaf (or Sweet potatoes with brown sugar)

Variety of Salads:

  • Hawaiian Coleslaw (or Tossed green with choice of dressings)
  • Potato salad (or 3-Bean Salad)
  • Fruit salad with pineapple, kiwi, grapes, and mandarins
    or Island fruit trays with pineapple, papaya, & melons (or Ambrosia fruit salad)

Desserts:

  • Banana Bread
  • Haupia - coconut pudding (or variety of picnic cakes)

Drinks

  • Colony House Hawaiian Orange-Pineapple Punch
  • Lemonade, and/or Iced Tea
    (or you might just want to have soda pop available)

  • Coffee and Punch available on site, available off-site for extra charge
  • Salad bar with over 20 items on site, assorted salads available off-site for extra charge
  • Dessert - choice of two: cake, cheesecake, yogurt pie, ice cream, or fruit pies

Chocolate Fountain

We have just added a chocolate fountain to our catering services.
The cost is currently $2.95 per person if you use our catering services and $2.95 per person as a stand alone service (minimum of 50 guests) If used for a dinner in lieu of dessert, add $1.00 per person.
This includes the chocolate, dipping items, and an attendant for the fountain.
