We also sell bridal supplies such as garters, toasting glasses, and decorations.

Linens

These prices are subject to change if a particular color or fabric selection is not in our onsite inventory. It is suggested that you booked one month in advice for specific special color schemes to get the best prices. We have many fabrics and additional items to view on our affiliate website. Call for details. Prices quoted are for basic polyester listed as a suggested price range.

Table clothes:
  • 85 X 85 inches (cover 5 ft. round or smaller rectangular)-$ 8.00-9.00
  • 60 X 102 inches (cover 6 ft. tables to seat)-7.00-800
  • 120 inch round (covers 5 ft. round to floor)-10.00-11.00
  • 90 x 132 inches (cover 6 ft. rectangular to floor)-10.00-11.00

Napkins: Large variety of colors and fabrics Average cost 0 .50 (rented by the dozen)

Chair sashes - prices vary depending on fabric and color 3.00-7.00

Policies

Order Deposit: 50% of total rental due at time of order for equipment and linens in onsite inventory. Remainder due when picked up.100% of total due for specialty items and colors.

Damage Deposit: 35% additional, refunded upon return if there is no damage to rental items. Damaged items will be charged at replacement value.

Length of rental: 3-4 days. Pick-up, use, and return. No returns on Sundays unless between 1:00-4:00 pm as church is in session. Please call first so someone can greet you and view the returned items. Return time will be agreed

Linen Care: Tablecloths are delivered pressed, hung on hangers, and covered in plastic. After use, shake out food particles and any other debris. If damp allow to air dry before bagging them in order to prevent mildew. Any permanent stains, tears, or burns will be taken off damage deposit at replacement value.

Place Settings: Rinse off food particles, return in bus tubs (provided).

Delivery of larger items: Call for pricing. If we are catering for you, prices are reduced for delivery of chairs and tables.
